Some weekends I look forward to as a Realtor. This one I look forward to as a believer. Faith Festival comes back to Aaron Bessant Park this Saturday, October 24, for its second year, and it is one of the best reasons I know to bring your family down to Pier Park.
When and Where
- Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
- Time: Gates open at 9:30 AM with an opening ceremony and prayer. Activities, the market and bands begin at 10:00 AM and run until 6:00 PM.
- Place: Aaron Bessant Park, 500 W Park Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32413
- Cost: Free and open to the public
- Host: The Ark Church PCB and The Ark Transitional Housing Ministry
What You Will Find
The Todd Herendeen Band opens the day with "God Bless America." Local bands then lead praise and worship from the big stage through the afternoon.
Returning vendors include Mika Goshien Designs, Taigi, She Free and HomeMae'd Creations. Food truck favorites include Back Porch BBQ, City Streets and Taste of Creole.
For the Kids
Bounce houses and games give children room to play.
Prayer, Baptism and Local Churches
A Prayer & Baptism Tent offers one-on-one prayer with Faith Festival team members. Community church tents invite you to meet congregations from across Bay County. Organizers describe it as a wholesome family setting with no alcohol.
A Festival With a Purpose
Proceeds help cover the festival and support The Ark Transitional Housing Ministry, a local 501(c)(3) that provides shelter, meals, clothing, job placement and prayer to neighbors without a home. More than 100 people live at The Ark, many of them children. That is a cause worth showing up for.
